Stress Recovery Foundations
Stress Recovery Foundations is a six week series designed to help participants understand their stress patterns, learn practical nervous system tools, and build supportive habits that truly fit their lives. Each seventy five minute session blends brief education with guided somatic practices, reflection, and shared conversation. Over the course of the series, participants learn to recognize early cues, release accumulated tension, choose the tools that work best for their bodies, and weave these practices into everyday life. The group setting strengthens accountability and offers a sense of community as everyone integrates simple, sustainable approaches to feeling more grounded and resilient.
