If you are experiencing chronic pain or injury patterns, medical massage is a strong place to begin. If you are seeking stress relief or restoration, a more integrative or relaxation-based session may feel supportive.

My intention is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe, respected, and cared for throughout your experience.
No two sessions are exactly the same, because no two bodies are the same.

What types of massage do you offer?
I offer medical massage, deep tissue therapy, Swedish massage, and manual lymphatic drainage. Sessions may also include Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, or stretching when appropriate.
What is medical massage?
Medical massage is a focused therapeutic approach designed to address chronic pain, muscular tension, injury recovery, and structural imbalance. It blends clinical skill with individualized care to support mobility and reduce discomfort.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance may be accepted for medical massage when coverage is available. Please contact me prior to booking to confirm eligibility. Private pay and HSA or FSA cards are also accepted.
How do I know which session to book?
Choose the service that feels closest to your needs. All sessions are customized and can be adjusted once you arrive. You are also welcome to reach out for guidance.
What should I expect during my session?
Each session begins with a brief check-in. From there, your care is guided by your body’s needs, comfort level, and goals. The intention is to support relaxation, release tension, and restore balance.
Can modalities be combined?
Yes. Many sessions are integrative and may include a blend of massage therapy, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, or other supportive modalities.
~Your Insurance Plan May Cover your Massage~
NYSHIP covers up to 20 massages each year once your deductible has been met~ with a valid prescription from your doctor.
As an out-of-network provider, deductibles and copays apply. Please call for more information.
I am also honored to serve our Veterans as a service provider for the VA. Please contact your local coordinator to book your first session.
Booking Policy
Your time and well-being are important to me, and I strive to provide a space of respect and care for every session. Please review the following policies before booking:
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honor the appointments scheduled after yours. The full fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, your session may be treated as a no-show.
