Spring Equinox Half Day Retreat

Join us for a 4 hour Spring Equinox retreat designed to support balance, renewal, and intentional growth as we move into the lighter half of the year. This intimate gathering of six participants will include guided breathwork, reiki energy balancing, and an extended sound bath, all held in a trauma informed, consent based space.
