Spring Half Day Retreat (1)

Join us for a 4 hour Spring Retreat designed to support balance, renewal, and intentional growth as we move into the lighter half of the year. This intimate gathering of six participants will include guided breathwork, reiki energy balancing, and an extended sound bath, all held in a trauma informed, consent based space. The spring equinox offers a natural pause point to recalibrate, release what no longer serves, and consciously nourish what is ready to grow. This retreat is ideal for anyone seeking deep rest, nervous system support, and a chance to reconnect with their inner sense of clarity and direction. No prior experience with breathwork, reiki, or sound healing is necessary.
