The Identity Reset Method is an 8-week guided experience for anyone who has spent years being a parent, partner, caregiver, professional, friend, or the person everyone depends on and is ready to make room for themselves again. Over eight weeks, we will explore identity, self-trust, values, boundaries, relationships, energy, joy, and the choices that shape who you are becoming. This isn't about blowing up your life or becoming someone completely different. It's about reconnecting with what matters to you, learning to trust yourself again, and beginning to make intentional choices that reflect who you are now. Your 8-week experience includes: • Weekly live Zoom sessions • The Identity Reset Method book • Companion Daily Check-In Journal • Pre and Post Identity Inventories • Companion audio library with meditations and breathwork • Guided reflections and integration practices • Support for bringing what you discover into your everyday life You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Your time and well-being are important to me, and I strive to provide a space of respect and care for every session. Please review the following policies before booking: Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honor the appointments scheduled after yours. The full fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, your session may be treated as a no-show. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing both our time and energy.
