Intention Wellness at Sun Therapy grew from a lifelong commitment to helping people feel more at home in their bodies. With twenty-six years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I have shaped a practice that honors the full range of what clients may need, whether they are seeking relief from pain, space to relax, or support during important life changes.

My background includes medical massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, Reiki, sound healing, and integrative health, wellness, and life coaching. Each modality offers a different path toward healing, and I draw from them as needed to create sessions that feel tailored, respectful, and genuinely supportive.

The heart of my work is simple. I meet each person where they are and help guide them toward a state of greater wellness. This means listening closely, responding with intention, and creating an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and cared for. Every session is an invitation to slow down, to reconnect, and to allow the body and mind to shift into balance.

Intention Wellness at Sun Therapy is a place for deep restoration and meaningful change. I am honored to walk beside each client on their path to wellbeing.

If stress is showing up as tension in your body, disrupted sleep, ongoing fatigue, digestive discomfort, difficulty focusing, or strained communication, you are not alone. Many women find themselves pushing through each day without the tools or space to truly reset.

 

This program was created to change that.

 

Restore and Regulate offers simple, effective ways to support your nervous system so you can move through your day with more clarity, steadiness, and ease. Instead of continuing to push through, you will learn how to recognize what your body needs and respond in a way that supports real regulation.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of managing stress without lasting relief, this space was created for you.

 

You will receive guided nervous system education, realistic daily practices, and weekly Tuesday Zoom calls that you can attend live or access through recordings.
