Intention Wellness at Sun Therapy grew from a lifelong commitment to helping people feel more at home in their bodies. With twenty-six years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I have shaped a practice that honors the full range of what clients may need, whether they are seeking relief from pain, space to relax, or support during important life changes.
My background includes medical massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, Reiki, sound healing, and integrative health, wellness, and life coaching. Each modality offers a different path toward healing, and I draw from them as needed to create sessions that feel tailored, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
The heart of my work is simple. I meet each person where they are and help guide them toward a state of greater wellness. This means listening closely, responding with intention, and creating an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and cared for. Every session is an invitation to slow down, to reconnect, and to allow the body and mind to shift into balance.

Restore and Regulate

If you have been feeling constantly on edge, exhausted, or disconnected from your body, I want you to know you are not failing. Your nervous system may simply be overwhelmed.
I am opening a small Beta round of my 28 Day Restore and Regulate program for women in their 20s who are ready for practical, realistic support. This is for you if stress is showing up as tension, poor sleep, fatigue, digestive issues, or difficulty focusing and you are tired of pushing through without real tools.This Beta round is being offered at a minimal cost of $79 for the full 28 day program.
Beginning March 9, 2026, you will receive guided nervous system education, simple daily practices, and weekly Monday Zoom calls that you can attend live or watch later by recording. In exchange, I will be asking for honest feedback and engagement to help refine the program.This is not about adding more pressure. It is about learning how to listen to your body, regulate consistently, and build habits that create steady change in a supportive environment.
